We were stranded on McLeod Trail in -31 weather. A&A Towing answered right away, prioritized us because of the weather and being stranded, and came as fast as they could. I think we waited less then an hour. They genuinely care about people and know how important their job is. 10/10 would call them again, but hopefully won't have to! Thank you A&A you guys are the best!

I phoned A&A to either get a boost or tow away my vehicle. Danny found and solved the problem in no time. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. Thank you so much for saving me hundreds of dollars. I highly recommend this towing company.

My dad's truck had to be towed and I called A&A Towing at around 8 am. He said he can come at 10:30 so we waited. At exactly 10:30 he messaged saying he's on the way. We really appreciate the professionalism and punctuality as we were busy! No hassle at all.

As a new immigrant into Canada, this is my first winter. The cold temperature affected my car battery and it couldn’t start. This affected me emotionally. I had several guys come boost my battery including a mechanic but the car didn’t start. So the mechanic asked me to tow the car to his shop. So I called a towing company that came and tried putting the car on neutral so as to tow the car but couldn’t so he left. Then I called another towing company who recommended A&A to me. Then I quickly went online to look for their number and called. So we had an appointment for 9am this morning, he was punctual and professional. On arrival he asked to try boosting the battery so as so save me cost of towing to the mechanic. I reluctantly agreed knowing that several guys have tried boosting the battery with no success. On seeing the battery terminals, he immediately spotted that there were corrosion all over the positive side of the battery. So he brought his tools, loosened the nut and cleaned it up, then boosted the battery. Guess what! Voilà!! The car started. Indeed he saved me some money. I am really grateful to you guys. Thank you.

We weren't sure this morning if we needed a boost or a tow. We called A and A Towing and then a second towing company after we got no answer from A and A. We left a voicemail with the 2nd company, but it was A and A who called back! I'm glad they did. As soon as our new friend showed up, which didn't take too long for a Sunday morning, he knew that our car just needed a boost from the sound of the clicking. He was professional, quick to act, and knowledgeable about how to do his work. My husband and I are not at all mechanically inclined, so we appreciated his quick work. He hooked up the booster cables, and it became clear after a couple of minutes that this was exactly what was needed. I would highly recommend these guys! Our car fell on the side of the road during a really bad snowy night. We couldn't get up and had to call someone to boost us up on the road. A&A picked up the phone right away. They arrived exactly around the time they had estimated for us. The process of getting us back on the road was smooth because they brought exactly the equipment that was needed. Provided excellent service honestly. I would highly recommend them.
